Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what you may and may not do with PanelForge. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Authorised servers only

You may only connect and manage game servers that you own or are explicitly authorised to administer. Using PanelForge to access or control servers without permission is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited activities

Do not use the Service to: break the law; gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts; distribute malware; harass, threaten, or abuse others; disrupt or overload infrastructure (including denial-of-service); scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; or resell the Service without authorisation.

Fair use

Plans include reasonable limits (such as server counts). Automated or excessive use that degrades the Service for others may be rate-limited or suspended.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or take other action. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
