Account data: your email, password (stored only as a secure hash), and display name.

Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store a customer reference and subscription status — we never see or store your full card details.

Server connection data: the addresses, ports, and credentials you add to connect your servers. Passwords and tokens are encrypted at rest.

Usage data: basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate and secure the Service.

How we use your information

To provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions, connect to your servers at your direction, respond to support requests, secure the Service, and meet legal obligations.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run PanelForge (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider), and where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and encrypted storage of server credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via our Support page or Discord.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children

PanelForge is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
