Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PanelForge. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

2. The Service

PanelForge provides web-based administration panels that connect to game servers you own or are authorised to manage. We do not host your game servers unless explicitly stated; you are responsible for the servers you connect.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect your renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may only connect servers you own or have permission to administer. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Your content & servers

You retain ownership of your data and server content. You grant PanelForge the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (for example, to store your settings and securely transmit commands to your servers). You are responsible for backups of your game-server data.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PanelForge and protected by law. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; PanelForge is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners unless stated.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PanelForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or game-server downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (such as liability and intellectual property) survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
