This Data Processing Policy describes how PanelForge handles personal data it processes on behalf of customers, and supports compliance with data-protection laws such as the GDPR.
Roles
For your account and billing data, PanelForge acts as a data controller. For data you process about your own players/users through the Service, PanelForge acts as a data processor acting on your instructions.
Subprocessors
We use vetted subprocessors to deliver the Service, including Stripe (payment processing) and our cloud hosting provider. We require subprocessors to protect data to standards consistent with this Policy.
Security measures
Measures include encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, hashed passwords, access controls, and logging. We review our security practices periodically.
Data subject requests
We assist customers in responding to requests from individuals to access, correct, or delete their data, as required by applicable law.
Breach notification
If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and provide information to help you meet your obligations.
Data deletion
On termination or request, we delete or return personal data we process on your behalf, except where retention is required by law.
