Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each period. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refund eligibility

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Service and we cannot resolve it, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will consider a refund or credit.

Except where required by law, we generally do not provide refunds for partial periods, unused time, or after the cancellation window. Free trials (where offered) are not refundable.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we’ll usually be able to sort things out faster. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
